Grace as everyone says in the reviews was lovely and so sweet. I didn’t realize when we booked which was on my there is no AC only a ceiling fan. Unfortunately, it was an unseasonably hot weekend in Maine. We didn’t mention this to the host since this was on me. She made Belgium waffles with homemade blueberry compost and whipped cream. It was very good. We were in the Sarah room which was cute but a bad rain storm came Saturday wetting our bed. We eventually had to move to another room. The TV didn’t work in there and the tub was backing up. We didn’t mention these things as we were already running late for a wedding we had to abruptly leave late Saturday night to get home to NJ which is a long drive so missed breakfast the next day. Overall cute stay and so close to the water which was nice. It was nice meeting Grace and her daughter.

The location of this home is very misleading. Although if you search the exact location, you will find it’s in/near the forest but looking at the pics posted you would think it was near the beach and it is not. I could overlook that if the home was stocked with everything needed and beds were comfortable but that was not the case. We were given 5 bath towels for 4 people for 4days, 1 dish cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 dirty sponge with no washer or dryer and no dishwasher. Extra towels were dropped off once we called the owner but we didn’t ask for toilet paper and ran out of that as well. It just seemed like the bare minimum was done to make us comfortable. If you stay here just know you need to bring your own supplies unless you want to spend your vacation on the phone with the owners.
